Then Call 01656 763970 or Complete ‘Enquiry Form’ with your Full Details and we will call you back!
Our Sales team will then tailor a quote for the required vehicle to your specific requirements – Term of Contract - Mileage Per Annum - Required Deposit for your required vehicle. The quote is then agreed.
We will then complete a Finance Application with you. This application will then be submitted to one of our panel of funders for approval.
At the point of sale will then take a £250 part payment deposit to secure your order. (Maybe higher for bespoke or factory build vehicles)
(*If the Finance Application is rejected this payment will then be refunded back)

Proofs Of Identity:
On acceptance of the finance: our panel of finance providers will require the following proofs of identification as part of the finance application.
These proofs can sometimes be requested PRIOR to the approval of the finance
The Proofs of Identity Required;
· Valid Driving License:
Clear Copy (Both Paper & Card Part)
Card Part of license must have a VALID DATE
Name & Address Details MUST be your current address and as per proposal information provided
Clear Copy of Passport
2 X Utility Bill/Credit:
Card/Bank Statement etc.
Must show Current Address Details & Your Full Name and be dated within the last 90 Days.
All Finance Documentation will then be sent to you via: Conventional Post – Email – Fax
However the Original ‘Signed & Completed’ finance documentation, in most cases, will have to be posted back to us.
The documentation pack will contain clear Instructions of exactly what is required, what has to be completed, and where the documents will need to be signed. Should you have any questions throughout the process then please call.
The completed documentation pack will then need to be returned back to us at New Vehicle Solutions.
Vehicle Motor Insurance:
To abide by Continuous Insurance Legislation, a Valid Insurance Policy MUST be in place prior to the delivery of your new vehicle and during the contract and thereafter.
To ensure that we abide by this legislation, and in order to provide our panel of funders with proof of insurance, we will require an Emailed/Faxed copy of the vehicle policy. There are sometimes occasions where the original insurance policy may also be required. On these occasions we will ensure the policy is returned back to you.
We offer all of our customers: *Free Mainland UK Delivery on all vehicles.
Delivery is generally a ‘Driven’ delivery, which we arranged directly with the Manufacturer/Main Dealer.
Delivery addresses and any specific requirements would need to be arranged prior, and highlighted and confirmed by the customer.
New Vehicle Solutions choose only to use professional delivery agents; we do this to ensure we continue to offer a totally professional approach to the supply of your New Vehicle.
We are VERY Flexible – And will aim to help you get your vehicle without any unnecessary delays or hiccups.
